The benefits of becoming an IMS sponsoring member begin with the quality of our faculty. IMS has presented such luminaries in the field of management development as Drs. Russell Ackoff, Judith Bardwick, Chip Bell, Ken Blanchard, Stephen Covey, Robert Eichinger, Marshall Goldsmith, Vijay Govindarajan, Beverly Kaye, Michael Porter, C.K. Prahalad, Peter Senge, and George Steiner. Several of our faculty work exclusively with IMS because they feel we are the most quality-conscious organization in the field of management development.
The IMS faculty are comprised of 80 to 90 leading-edge thinkers from universities and consulting firms around the world. Every year IMS also introduces approximately 15 new faculty to our members after undergoing a rigid review process. To be selected as an IMS faculty member they must have made a significant contribution to the field. They must be more than just good speakers, researchers or authors however, they must also be good teachers with the ability to move people to take action. Our members understand that IMS caliber speakers are a very unique group.
