Local control of the subjects and faculty is another distinct advantage of becoming an IMS Sponsoring Member. Each year our members in each region get together to help choose the subjects, level and faculty they want in their regions. This helps ensure the subjects presented are relevant to our members' needs. No public sessions will give you that much control of their subject matter. Yet, we do it for less than the cost of most public seminars.
Each year IMS meets with the regional members and solicits ideas for upcoming sessions based upon key issues that their organizations will be facing in the coming year. The ideas generated at these meetings serve as the basis for the IMS regional programs for the coming year. By working with the IMS members to design their regional program it creates programs that are closely linked to their employees needs.
