Introducing the IMS SNAP system, which manages all of the IMS communications, including registrations and also provides you with a comprehensive database to track your IMS usage. SNAP is extremely flexible allowing you to customize the way monthly IMS seminar information is delivered.
All of the SNAP functions are directly controlled by you through the web-based “Control Center” in your Administration area of the IMS website. The Control Center is menu driven and user friendly. You may set up as many SNAP distribution lists as you like and customize them for different groups of managers. You can create your own custom registration forms and specify the fields you want employees to fill in. You can attach “competencies” to seminar notices and even associate different sets of competencies with different mailing lists. A new online registration system automatically combines any registrations from SNAP and the IMS website into a single resource for your tracking and management. SNAP can send you notices of employees who register, automatically send the individual manager a registration confirmation, a reminder and a map to the venue. You may view your IMS registrations for all seminars and locations at any time.
