Getting
Them to See It Your Way
Dealing
with Difficult and Challenging People
By Dr. Judith Segal
This work offers a prescription for dealing effectively with people who are
difficult in your life - people who either don't want to hear or acknowledge
your position in a given situation. Readers will examine techniques for opening
lines of communication with people who are "normal neurotics" in your
personal and work lives. Dr. Segal covers the skills needed to work and live
with the stressed, confused, and manipulative people in the world.
