Seminar Description

This hands on, highly experiential seminar provides participants with two significant opportunities: one, to understand why positive approaches to performance and change management work so much better than traditional problem solving approaches; and two, to develop skills in Appreciative Inquiry, the newest and most successful process for positive change in teams and organizations. Dr. Diana Whitney, a leader in the growing field of positive change and the author of twelve books on Appreciative Inquiry will introduce you to the recent research in positive psychology and positive organization scholarship. She will share stories from her international work and offer clear and practical guidance for writing appreciative questions and engaging your whole system in positive performance. You will come away with a deep understanding of the value of positive approaches to performance, in all that you do personally and organizationally, and a set of Appreciative Inquiry skills to begin practicing immediately.
