CULTIVATING RESILIENCE DURING TIMES OF UNCERTAINTY

In today's age of burnout and overwhelm, it is crucial for both leaders and employees to have effective ways to optimize their work environments. This includes creating a culture that promotes resilience, camaraderie, psychological safety, and trust. By adopting evidence-based habits, mindsets, and practices, individuals and organizations can protect against burnout, exhaustion, and overstimulation while also harnessing their strengths and resources for their collective well-being.

In this program, you will learn the difference between having a "what if" outlook and a "what is" outlook. You'll discover ways to thrive even in times of uncertainty by implementing practical, interactive, and evidence-based strategies, which are designed to help cultivate resilience and build a culture of connection and positive impact.
