UNTAPPED AGILITY: LEADERSHIP MOVES TO TAKE YOUR TRANSFORMATION TO THE NEXT LEVEL

Agile Leadership provides inspiration, awareness, focus, and guidance for all leaders to personally navigate their own path toward improved leadership and to improve the effectiveness of their organization. All leaders can shape culture, but agile leaders can respond better to increasing complexity, uncertainty, and change.

Join us while we discuss what Agile Leadership really is and why it is needed. We will discuss common questions from leaders like: Which of our current challenges would benefit from agile approaches? What outcomes would make this initiative successful? Which leaders should be involved right now, versus down the road? What assets & resources will we bring to bear?
