Focuses on the core skills of leading versus managing, setting clear expectations, delegating effectively, and giving feedback that develops others.
Builds practical business acumen: understanding financial statements, budgeting and forecasting, linking metrics to strategy, and making data-informed decisions that drive results.
Equips new leaders with strategies to build trust, foster strong relationships, make smarter decisions, and communicate with clarity across teams and stakeholders.
Together, these sessions provide a balanced foundation in communication, motivation, trust, and business acumen that every new manager needs.
Participants receive exclusive access to ICF-certified coaches with 10+ years of experience. Through both small-group and individual sessions, coaches reinforce program content and provide guidance tailored to real workplace challenges. Monthly coaching ensures lessons stick long after the program ends.
