

Andrew Bouldin is the Director of Talent Management for Southern Company, a leading utility and energy provider in the United States. In this role, he leads a dispersed department of talent development managers and organizational effectiveness experts responsible for creating and implementing talent initiatives across the enterprise and in partnership with Southern's operating companies and business units.
Andrew has worked in human resources supporting electric utilities for 25 years and specializes in Talent Management, Workforce Planning, and Talent Acquisition. He began his career at Southern Company in 2006 and, in addition to leading system talent initiatives, has worked for various organizations within the company, including Georgia Power, Southern Company Services and Southern Nuclear. Andrew was also the Program Manager of Professional Recruiting at the Tennessee Valley Authority and Manager of Workforce Planning at MISO (Midcontinent Independent System Operator).
